We enjoyed the tranquility of the small resort, where we connected with fellow guests and created memories during pool activities led by the enthusiastic Ricky.

The room's closet situation was perplexing, leaving us to contend with our clothes draped over chairs, and the bathroom lighting was less than ideal for getting ready.

Had an amazing experience relaxing by the stunning outdoor pool and enjoying the soothing jacuzzi. The activities were a blast, and I appreciated the morning yoga sessions for some peaceful vibes. Had a fantastic group trip! The resort has a big, two-tier pool with volleyball and a cool waterfall. We loved the activities and events throughout our stay. It's close to the hotel zone, with great shopping and nightlife just 3 km away. A relaxing getaway for friends.

I was truly impressed by the proximity to various attractions like Aquatours Cancun, just a short walk away, and found the stunning Jardin del arte, perfect for a peaceful stroll and some lovely park views nearby. overall, my experience was enhanced by the beautiful lagoon setting and welcoming atmosphere of the resort, making it a great spot for travelers looking to explore.

Also, the pizza at the restaurant disappointed me. it tasted like microwaved frozen pizza—definitely not the quality I expected. The bar service lacked consistency—sometimes the lobby bar would be closed when I wanted a drink. The water taxi services were fantastic for getting around and definitely added to the convenience of my stay. I appreciated the cleanliness of the pool area, though there were a couple of murky days during my visit. Communicating activities and events could really use improvement, as I felt like I had to wander around to figure out what was happening. Overall, Sunset Marina had its charm but faced some significant areas needing improvement.
